Albenga is mango veneer over MDF with mahogany solids, finished in a weathered tone: a pale, cool sand-greige with white liming worked into the open grain. The figure is the wood's own, so fine light streaks run differently across the top, the rails and each end. Every outer edge is softened: the front corners of the ends turn in a deep round down to the floor, and each end panel carries a recessed inset with arched upper corners.

Across the front, a bead with rounded upper corners frames four clear-glass panes, paired into two sliding doors, so nothing swings into the room and no knob breaks the line. Behind the glass, each half is 34 inches wide and 13.25 inches deep, with one shelf and an oval cut-out in the back for cables. Style it with pale oak floors and bleached linen for a Scandinavian calm, or with board-formed concrete and sea views for a modern coastal room.
