- One pedestal, four open sides: Seen at an angle, the top overhangs the pyramid on every side. There are no corner legs, so each side has room to pull a chair in close.
- Open pits, fine streaks: Small open pits, short hairline cracks and fine streaks all run one way across a warm sand-beige ground, like unfilled travertine. The finish is completely matte, never polished.

Its edges are rough and chiselled, like the sawn edge of a stone slab. It rests on a single four-sided pyramid pedestal that is narrow under the top and widens to about half the width of the top at the floor. The top is a warm sand beige, covered in small open pits and fine streaks that all run one way. The pedestal is a shade paler, a soft cream with tan streaks running around it. The look is travertine, but the material is cast magnesium oxide composite. The table is sold alone; chairs are not included.
