Dark stone, warm slats. A 35-inch round drum coffee table: matte black sintered stone ringed in walnut-finish solid wood slats over a set-back pedestal.
The top is black sintered stone with a honed, matte surface, crossed by fine, branching white veins for a marble look. It sits flush inside a full ring of vertical slats in a warm walnut finish, each a plain square-ended bar with a narrow shadow gap beside it, running the whole 7-inch depth of the drum.
Beneath the drum, a plain round pedestal in walnut-tone wood veneer sits well back, so the slatted ring seems to hover above the rug. At under 14 inches high it sits low, and the maker rates it for 260 pounds. Style it with a cognac leather sofa and old floorboards for warmth, or with charcoal velvet and city lights for a darker evening mood.
For a matching walnut look, add our Cutrofiano walnut veneer C-shaped side table at the end of the sofa.
