Curved, compact, warm. A compact 28-inch chest in chestnut-finished solid mango, with three drawers, rounded case corners and four splayed legs.
Dolo is built from solid mango, so the golden streaks and dark swirls across its drawer fronts are the wood's own figure, not a print or a veneer. The chestnut finish deepens that figure to a reddish brown, and because every board grows differently, knots and shifts in tone make each chest its own.
Where the top and the bottom meet the sides, the case bends in a soft curve instead of a hard edge. Pairs of small brass-finish knobs and four tapered legs, each angled out from a turned collar, give it a light mid-century stance. Set it by the bed with a rattan lamp and oatmeal linen, or in a hallway under a round mirror with terracotta pots.
