Oriolo is the table for every day: weekday suppers, homework spread out, a Sunday lunch that drifts into the afternoon. Its legs gather at the two ends and there's no apron along the sides, so chairs slide right in and knees stay clear for all six.
It's solid wood, made the butcher-block way: narrow strips of short staves finger-jointed end to end, with the end grain on show at each end. Each stave has its own shade, from pale honey to deeper caramel, so the top has a warm patchwork that no two tables share. The long sides follow a soft wave, the ends stay square, and the matte finish lets the grain come through. Pair it with rush or cane chairs for a country kitchen, or with black chairs and concrete for a modern room.
