Q1: What features are included with the built-in refrigerated center console?
A: The integrated center console includes a refrigerated compartment for keeping refreshments chilled, a built-in wireless charging pad, and a power-operated cup holder that opens and closes at the touch of a button. The seating also features power recline, power headrests, power lumbar support, one-touch seat memory, seven-colour RGB cup holder and base lighting, hidden armrest storage, and USB-A and high-speed 18W USB-C charging ports.
Q2: How should I clean and care for the leather and refrigerated console?
A: Dust the Italian Matte Semi-Aniline Nappa Leather 20000 regularly with a clean, soft cloth and gently blot spills as soon as they occur. Avoid harsh household cleaners, solvents, abrasive materials, and excessive moisture. Before cleaning the refrigerated compartment, disconnect the seating from power, remove its contents, and wipe the interior with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Do not pour water directly into the console or immerse any electrical components.
Q3: Does the Oslo Luxury Refrigerator Console require assembly and a power connection?
A: Yes. The seating is designed for tool-free assembly, and a detailed instruction manual is included. The seat bases arrive largely pre-assembled, while the backrests are attached during setup. All labelled cables for the seats, refrigerated console, lighting, charging features, and powered controls must be securely connected before the system is plugged into a suitable electrical outlet.
Q4: How much room is required for installation and full recline?
A: The Row of 2 Loveseat measures approximately 75.7 inches wide, 44.5 inches high, and 39 inches deep when upright. Its wall-hugging mechanism requires approximately 5 inches of clearance behind the seating, while the footrest extends approximately 25 inches in front. Please also confirm doorway, aisle, delivery-path, and electrical-outlet access before ordering.
Q5: Is the refrigerated console compatible with other seats and mobile devices?
A: This product is offered as a complete Oslo Luxury Row of 2 Loveseat with an integrated refrigerated center console; the console should not be assumed to be a universal retrofit for an existing row. The wireless charging pad works with compatible wireless-charging devices, although charging may be affected by thick or metal phone cases. USB-A and 18W USB-C ports are also provided for compatible devices and cables. Please contact our seating specialists before attempting to combine the console with another model or configuration.
Q6: What warranty and after-sales support are provided?
A: The product specifications list a three-year pro-rated warranty on parts and labour. If assistance is required, customers who purchased directly from Valencia Theater Seating can contact our customer service team with their order information, product serial or SKU details, and photos or videos showing the issue. Optional CPS Extended Warranty Protection may also be available and is subject to the coverage terms selected at the time of purchase.
