Q1: What premium features are included with the Oslo Ultimate Refrigerator Console?
A: The Oslo Ultimate features an integrated refrigerated center console, a built-in wireless charging pad, and a power-operated cup holder that opens and closes at the touch of a button. It also includes independent power recline, power headrest and power lumbar adjustments, one-touch seat memory, seven-colour RGB cup holder and base lighting, Parisian velour-lined armrest storage, and USB-A and high-speed 18W USB-C charging ports.
Q2: How should I care for the Nappa leather and refrigerated console?
A: The Oslo Ultimate is fully upholstered in Matte Semi-Aniline Italian Nappa Leather 20000. Remove dust regularly with a clean, soft cloth and gently blot spills without rubbing. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh household cleaners, solvents, and excessive moisture. Before cleaning the refrigerated compartment, disconnect the seating from power, remove its contents, and wipe the interior with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Never pour water directly into the console or expose its electrical components to moisture.
Q3: Does the Oslo Ultimate Refrigerator Console require assembly?
A: Yes, but it is designed for straightforward, tool-free assembly, and a detailed instruction manual is included. The seat bases arrive largely pre-assembled, while the backrests must be secured during setup. Connect all labelled cables for the seats, refrigerated console, lighting, charging functions, and powered controls before plugging the system into a suitable electrical outlet.
Q4: How much room is required for installation and full recline?
A: The Row of 2 configuration measures approximately 75.7 inches wide, 44.5 inches high, and 39 inches deep when upright. Its wall-hugging mechanism requires approximately 5 inches of clearance behind the seating, while the footrest extends approximately 25 inches in front. Please confirm the doorway, delivery path, aisle clearance, room dimensions, and electrical-outlet location before ordering.
Q5: Is the refrigerated console compatible with other seats and mobile devices?
A: This product is sold as a complete Oslo Ultimate Row of 2 with an integrated refrigerated center console and should not be considered a universal retrofit for an existing seating row. The wireless charging pad works with compatible wireless-charging devices, although thick or metal phone cases may affect charging. USB-A and 18W USB-C ports are also provided for compatible devices and cables. Please consult our seating specialists before combining this console with another model or configuration.
Q6: What warranty and after-sales support are provided?
A: The Oslo Ultimate product specifications list a three-year pro-rated warranty on parts and labour. Customers who purchased directly from Valencia Theater Seating can contact our customer service team for assistance and should provide their order information, product SKU or serial details, and photos or videos showing the issue when applicable. Optional CPS Extended Warranty Protection may also be available and is subject to the coverage terms selected at the time of purchase.
