- Ribs that end in points: Near the bottom of the drum the wall curves inward and each flat rib narrows to a point as it follows the curve, just above the plain base of stacked mango blocks.
- Round from every side: Seen at an angle the ribs keep their rhythm all the way round the drum, and the narrower base leaves a clear shadow line between the two parts.
- Natural mango on top: The top is a flat circle of mango boards inside a plain rim, in a light sandy tone that lets the grain, soft streaks and small knots show.

A round drum side table in solid mango wood with a refined natural finish. The upper part is wrapped in 36 flat vertical ribs that curve inward at the lower edge and narrow to points, and it sits on a plain, slightly narrower base built from short mango blocks laid like brickwork. The natural stain is applied by hand and sealed with a water-based, low-VOC lacquer, so the grain, streaks and small knots of the mango show through, and each table varies slightly. It arrives fully assembled.
