At 60 inches, Scigliano gives six people room to settle in and still reach the bread, and because the top rests on one central pedestal with no apron, there are no corner legs and every seat gets the same legroom.
The surface is English knotty oak veneer over a solid wood and MDF build, in a soft greige where small dark knots and fine checks run through the open grain; knots and grain vary from table to table, so yours has its own character. The thick, fully rounded rim is soft under your forearms, the matte finish keeps glare off the table in daylight, and the sculpted pedestal looks good from every side. Set it with white flowers in a classic panelled room, or with linen and stoneware beside a wall of glass.
Surround it with our Roccella sculpted oak and boucle chairs, a close match to its greige oak, or Palermiti boucle chairs for a softer, modern look.
