A 59-inch waterfall console table in black-stained paulownia veneer over MDF. One flat top turns down at each end into a solid end panel, and the corners are mitred so the grain wraps from the top down the sides. Around the inside of the opening, the front face steps back in four equal bands, like a stepped frame, and the steps run all the way to the floor. The black stain is deep and matte, and the open grain of the paulownia still shows as fine grey lines. There is no shelf and no drawer: the space under the top stays open. The seller rates the top for 150 pounds. Some assembly is required.
