Long, low, no hardware. A 72-inch dresser in wire-brushed white oak veneer, with six drawers that open by a slim oak lip instead of pulls.
White oak brings straight, even grain with small ray flecks, and here it is wire-brushed and finished in a warm natural tone that looks sunlit against plaster. It is white oak veneer over MDF, with oak and acacia parts, so the grain on every drawer is real oak.
There is no metal on the front: a thin oak lip along the top of each drawer does the work of a pull, and the outer drawer ends curve softly toward the sides. A separate top and a low plinth, both with rounded corners, finish the soft-edged line along all 72 inches. Style it with charcoal linen and a black lamp for contrast, or with cream and cane for a calm Japandi room.
