Heathered, banded, soft. An 18-inch square pouf in a handloom-woven wool and cotton blend, with charcoal bands and a raised zigzag of loops.

Triora is woven on a handloom from a blend of wool and cotton, in a heathered natural ivory with fine charcoal flecks running through it. Along the top and bottom of every side, a charcoal-grey band carries a row of small ivory chevrons and a row of short comb-like bars. As a natural-fiber weave, its heathering and loops vary slightly, so each pouf is a little different.

A raised line of soft taupe loops zigzags round the sides, two peaks to each face, and crosses the top as one large diamond. Underneath, a plain cotton bottom closes with a zip that opens if the filling ever needs topping up. Pair it with cognac leather and a faded rug for warmth, or with linen, lime-washed stone and jute for a calm Mediterranean room.

For a matching charcoal-and-natural look, set it beside our Marostica black mango drum coffee table, which stands the same 14 inches high.

Loops over the band
